Aruba Villa Vacation Homes “Book with Confidence” policy gives you even more flexibility to change plans if needed. Whether it’s an existing booking or one you make right now, we want to provide you with complete reassurance and total peace of mind.
Our “Book with Confidence” policy allows you to change your 2022/2023 reservation at any time providing that you cancel at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. You will receive a Future Reservation Credit. The Future Reservation Credit is valid to book a new reservation at the same property providing that the stay is within 12 months of the date the original booking was cancelled and subject to availability.
What you need to know
- As long as we receive cancellation at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, you will receive a Future Reservation Credit towards a new reservation at the same property (subject to availability). Please note: This offer is invalid if the cancellation is made within 6 weeks of the arrival date unless the Government enforces travel restrictions.
- Future Reservation Credit is valid until December 31st, 2023.
- If the rental fee on your new booking exceeds the Future Reservation Credit value, you will need to pay the difference.
- Future Reservation Credit can only be applied to a new reservation at the same property, no cash refunds will be given. If you choose to cancel and postpone your reservation a $59.00 administration fee will be applicable. This will be automatically deducted from your Future Reservation Credit.
- Our Book with Confidence policy is only valid for bookings made directly through the www.arubavillavacationhomes.com website. Our Book with Confidence program is not valid if the reservation has been made through any other website.
